Pu-Erh

From the Camellia Sinensis plant. A type of tea that has undergone a process of fermentation. A Chinese tea from the Yunnan Province.

Often touted for its health benefits, in China this would be referred to as black tea and what we call black tea would be called red tea.

Make a cup of any aged Pu-Erh and you will see why.
