Black tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant, Black tea is more oxidized than Oolong, Green or White Tea. This typically leads to a more robust flavour and longer shelf life.

These teas are made with boiling water and a 3-4 minute steep time. They take milk and sugar well.
